Rob Sproston has been involved in sport for many years.During
the 70’s and 80’s, the company ‘Rob Sproston
Sports’ was formed, initially specialising in arranging
contracts for cricketers and organising special cricket
events at venues such as the Don Valley Stadium and Crystal
Palace. Rob took international cricket teams, featuring
some of the world’s top players to India, Sharjah,
Nepal and elsewhere, playing in benefit matches and charity
matches. Some of the greatest players in the world took
part in these events.
In
the 70’s the sportsman’s Dinner market had finally
arrived. Since then it has developed into a multi-million
pound industry throughout the world. Rob Sproston is one of
the few agents in the country who can proudly claim to have
been there at the start of the Sporting Dinner business.
From
his base in Nantwich Cheshire, Rob works with a vast portfolio
of clients. Speakers from all around the world are provided
from one of the most impressive lists one can imagine. All
bookings are personally handled all fees are personally negotiated,
and there is nothing better than a personal service from a
person with undoubted knowledge of the after dinner circuit.
You
will see Rob at many events acting as a compere, running raffles
and auctioning the memorabilia. |
